We know that some of our customers are having economic hardships as a result of COVID-19. From April 15, 2020 through September 30, 2020, as requested by the PUC, Liberty City Water Supply Corporation discontinued late fees and disconnections, providing an additional 6 months to allow for payment without penalties.

Per guidance from the PUC, effective October 16, 2020, with the exception of LCWSC approved extensions, any account with a delinquent balance will be subject to late fees and disconnection of service. Late fees will be assessed beginning October 16, 2020 and disconnections will resume October 26, 2020.

For those customers still enduring hardships, we strongly recommend you contact our office at 903-984-9593. As a reminder, to expedite your payment, you may pay online at LibertyCityWSC.com or by phone at 903-845-8400.
