Thawing pipes

As temperatures rise and pipes begin to thaw, we ask that customers please help check for leaks. If a pipe breaks, turn your water off at the meter.

Your home/business has two shut-off valves. Your personal shut-off/gate valve is located on your side of the meter inside the meter box. Liberty City Water Supply Corporation’s valve is located between the meter and the street and should only be accessed by authorized staff.

If you can’t find your personal shut-off/gate valve or need assistance, please contact Liberty City Water Supply Corporation at 903-984-9593.

Additionally, if you experience low/no pressure or see something that you suspect could be a leak, please call 903-984-9593 to report.
